Who we are

This website is operated by MacGregor Sprinkler Repair & Maintenance (“MacGregor Sprinkler”, “we”), an owner-operated irrigation contractor based in Middleburg, Clay County, Florida.

Using this site

You may browse the site and use the contact form to request a quote. You may not use the site or the form to send spam, malicious content or anything unlawful, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.

This site is information, not a quote

Descriptions of services, typical faults, utility requirements and watering rules are general information, current as far as we know when written. They are not a quote, a diagnosis of your system, or engineering, plumbing-code, permitting or legal advice. Utility and district rules change and differ by provider; check yours.

Work is governed by the quote and invoice

Any work we do for you is governed by the written or texted quote you accept and the invoice for that work, including scope, price, any warranty on parts or workmanship, and payment terms, not by this website. A quote covers what can be seen and tested on site; if opening the ground reveals additional faults, any change is agreed with you before it is carried out.

No guarantee of outcomes outside our control

Irrigation and drainage performance depends on water pressure and supply, soil, grading, rainfall, storm events and the condition of components we did not install. A repair fixes the fault described; it is not a warranty on the rest of an existing system. Drainage work reduces standing water and cannot guarantee a yard will never flood.

Backflow compliance

Testing schedules, tester credentials and filing requirements for backflow preventers are set by your water utility. The property owner remains responsible for compliance with the utility’s requirements.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, design and code of this site belong to MacGregor Sprinkler or are used under license. You may link to it freely; please do not copy the photographs or text for commercial use without asking.

Third-party services

The site uses Google Fonts and Cloudflare hosting, each under its own terms. The quote form opens your own text-message or email app, so your message travels through your carrier or email provider under their terms. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and online but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, MacGregor Sprinkler is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability for work performed is governed by the quote and invoice for that work and by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Clay County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of the page shows when they last changed.
